Feeder Roaches

​

As with many insects extreme high/low temperatures can put them at risk resulting in dead arrival.  Because of this, in order to provide a live guarantee we do require the 3 following items:

​

  • Purchase of Hot/Cold Packs (additional cost of $2.50) if shipping during temperatures 45°F and below or 90°F and above.  

  • We require packages to be held at the post office (picked up within 4 hours of arrival) in order to reduce exposure to extreme environmental conditions.

  • If the feeders are DOA(Dead on Arrival), send  pictures within 4 hours of receiving the package so we can evaluate the external and internal package conditions as well as a picture of the feeders. Once received, we will evaluate the pictures provided, contact you to discuss feeder arrival conditions and ensure timely replacement of the feeders purchased.

Refunds will not be provided only product replacement.

**WE OFFER NO LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE IF SHIPPING AT 32°F AND BELOW OR ABOVE  95°F DURING SHIPPING/DELIVERY REGARDLESS OF THE SHIPPING OPTION SELECTED.

Orders are shipped Mondays and Tuesdays using Priority Mail.   All orders are expected to arrive within 3 days of shipping unless issues arise on USPS end. We are not liable for delays related to USPS, but we will partner with you to get your feeders as soon as possible. The confirmation and a tracking number will be provided via email once package has shipped. 

 

Shipping Restrictions Below:​

  • We are currently only shipping on Mon and Tues. 

  • Due to holiday congestion, shipping will not be available November 1 - January 19. 

  • We do not ship to feeders to Florida, Hawaii or Canada.

Tarantulas are available for local pick up (Morrow, Ga) or shipping via Fed Ex.  We only offer the Fed Ex Overnight shipping option to your nearest animal friendly Fed Ex Facility.

LAG(Live Arrival Guarantee) for shipped tarantula orders is only available for orders shipped to the nearest Fed Ex facility and picked up within 4 hours of arrival/pick up ready. We must be notified of any DOAs(rare) within the 4 hours window and proof of DOA will be required. Instructions will be provided upon DOA notification.
